The train noise is crazy, staff were not helpful at all and very rude. No AC.

Breakfasts were great, location was perfect for my needs. The AC barely worked but the weather was unusual (33 degrees celsius outside). The coom was clean.

I would like to raise concerns about my recent experience with your hotel’s reception and customer support. Throughout my stay and after departure, I encountered significant communication difficulties, particularly in English, which made resolving simple requests unnecessarily challenging. I contacted the hotel twice by phone and twice via email regarding two straightforward issues: I requested a copy of the climate tax payment receipt. I assumed this might require coordination with a specific department, but I was assured over the phone that it would not be a problem. However, I have yet to receive the document. I left my headphones in the room (on the bed) and called from the airport shortly after departure. Again, I was told this would be checked, but I have not received any follow-up—no call, email, or update. Additionally: I was addressed by the wrong name in email correspondence, which is unprofessional. During my last phone call, the staff member seemed irritated by the conversation, struggled significantly with English communication, and ultimately disconnected the call while I was still speaking, despite my polite approach. Overall, this experience has been disappointing, particularly due to the lack of follow-through and basic customer care.
