"Goed hotel, duidelijker en minder communiceren. betaling graag bij check-in"

Vlakbij het mooie centrum. prima bed en koffie en thee op de kamer.

2 kamers zakelijk gerereserveerd. betaling wordt 2 dgn vooraf geincasseerd? 2e kamer moet door ander bedrijf betaald. Ik krijg 4 facturen. kamer 1 kamer 2 met toeristenbelasting, aparte factuur met toeristenbelasting 2e kamer en factuur voor parking en upgrade ontbijt. Dat geeft nodige gedoe met administratie, daar ik alles heb betaald, behalve de 2e toeristenbelasting. Vooraf ontvang je meerdere mails voor upgrades en extra's. zoals verjaardagscadeau of champagne. geen behoefte aan. Nu blijkt dat je om te parkeren vooraf moet melden. Dat wordt dan weer niet duidelijk gevraagd. Bij aankomst wordt me ontbijt voorgesteld, maar dat had ik al besteld? Oh ja. De hotelmanager zou zelf eens moeten boeken en ervaren. airco kamer is lekker, maar 17.5 wel erg overdreven.

God morgenmad på hotellet. Venligt personale central beliggenhed.

manglede rengøring. der lå chips og flasker under sengen og der var ikke fyldt op med sæbe og shampoo på badeværelset. Der var 1 håndklæde i familierum til 4 personer.
