L'emplacement, le personnel, les équipements surtout l'espace de jeux à la réception de l'hôtel et le petit déjeuner.

Muy buena ubicación, buenas instalaciones.

Me pidieron un depósito de 200 euros, que se devolvían al salir, según ellos nunca se reflejó el pago pero me los descontaron del banco y nadie responde, aparte de eso me descontaron 60 euros más de mi tarjeta automáticamente desps 12 horas de haber salido del hotel. Nadie responde.

"Séjour très désagréable avec vol."

La literie est confortable. L'enceinte connectée est très utile. L'espace de la chambre es correcte. La télévision est correctement positionnée.

J'ai oublié deux produits de cosmétique neufs, après première utilisation la veille. Le temps de revenir à la chambre pour récupérer mes produits, la femme de chambre était là. Les produits avaient disparu et elle était en train de consommer les boissons du mini bar. J'ai trouvé cela profondément déplaisant.
