I was told that housekeeping would be on day three and they showed up on day one and took my personal washcloth that I had brought from Home that was made from bamboo. If I had known they were coming on that day, I would have removed it. The hot water down in the breakfast room was not hot at 8 o’clock. I’m sure there is some legal requirement that it is refreshed after so many minutes. Breakfast was nothing special and not clear how to use the waffle maker. The stairs were filthy. The property is very tired and old and needs updating. There were numerous buttons missing on the telephone.

Gabriel was EXCELLENT! Please thank him for me. And, while I understand it was necessary, having to put down a 'security deposit' was not clear to me. Also, the gates on the property were a little unnerving.
