This was our second visit to this Country Inn. The staff at the hotel are excellent, helpful and friendly. We had 2 minor items to be fixed and the gentleman who came, almost immediately, was terrific. He repaired both items in a very short time. The shower head was useable but not ideal. It was older and did not adjust well so although a useable place was found it sprayed outside the limits of the chosen spray. It is too high to be used by hand and too difficult a fit to put back even if I could have reached it. Overall the stay was quite nice.

Everyone was nice.. especially the maintenance man.. he had to do something to tv so I could watch. I just have a trivial thing to say.. tv should be user friendly, there are many channels but didn’t know how to get them.

"Best Hotel In Many Years at GREAT Rate"

From check-in to check-out, fantastic service. Clean, hospitable people, great breakfast, close to shopping and in a safe location. My children still live in Ramsey and I will definitely stay here every time we come to the Minneapolis area. We have stayed in many hotels in past three weeks and overall, I like this place the best.

"Pass for next time…"

Pool was a hit with the kids. Bunks in the family suite was nice for the kids.

The carpet in the room was sticky and old… nervous to walk without shoes in the room. We had two other rooms also for my mom and grandpa and they also had old sticky carpet. The bunks were REALLY loud and noisy. The fire alarm went off for about 5 minutes unexpectedly while I was napping with my 9 month old at 11am. The kitchen gal on Friday morning who was supposed to be running breakfast told us to clean up after our 9 month old very rudely! The next day (Saturday morning) I started to clean up after her and the kitchen gal that day said it was absolutely unacceptable for the person the day before to ask me to clean up. She was appalled… overall probably wouldn’t stay here again…
