Arrived late and the chap on reception was engaging and welcoming

The location was excellent and very easy to locate and lots of shops around . It's always nice making use of Hilton crydron because the atmosphere is always good . The rooms are always very neat, specious and cozy bed as well. Money went spent - Clean bed, fresh sheets, privacy, lock on the door. No stressing about “where am I crashing tonight?” - Climate control: AC/heating so you sleep comfy regardless of weather outside. Will like to thank the whole team at Hilton for always going above and beyond especially Yamuna and Gina . Thank u all once again

Very good hotel. Clean and spacious. Yaz and the rest of the breakfast staff were outstanding. All made an effort to talk with us. Couldn’t do enough for us. We used this hotel for Epsom races which was only a 15/20 minute taxi ride away. The room was quite warm even though the air con was on hence the rating.

Great service, clean hotel with clean rooms. Looks newly renovated. Yas was great at breakfast.

The Hotel staff are always so very welcoming, especially Yaz the restaurant manager. He makes an effort to remember your name and nothing is too much for him to ensure you have a good experience. The rooms are clean and tidy, and comfortable. The pillows are so comfortable which made a good nights sleep possible. The conference facilities were also well equipped, with refreshments welcomed during break times.

Das Hotel hat als Hilton Hotel einen Minimum Standard der erfüllt wird. Das Frühstück war ok , aber nichts was einen umhaut vor Freude. Die Eier waren aus Eipulver, wie in den meisten großen Hotels, hergestellt.

Wer mit Booking.com bucht und das kurz vor Anreise, bekommt einen guten Preis und leider aber auch sehr oft das behindertengerechte Zimmer mit einem Bad, das nicht wie ein schönes Hotel aussieht sondern wie ein Krankenhausbad. Es ist natürlich sehr gut, dass Hotels solche Zimmer vorhalten, die auf Rollstuhlfahrer ausgerichtet sind. Ich möchte aber ein Zimmer, welches auf einen Nicht- Rollstuhlfahrer ausgerichtet ist (z.B. mit normal hohen und normal großen Waschbecken und einer Dusche, welche nicht das ganze Bad unter Wasser setzt nach dem Duschen, weil diese offen sind für Rollstuhlfahrer). Ich denke, das Hotel müsste angeben, dass nur noch behindertengerechte Zimmer verfügbar sind und der Gast soll entscheiden ob er das nimmt oder nicht.

London Croydon - great staff amazing breakfast, Staff Yam was wonderful and she made the stay extra special. Will definitely be returning back regularly.
