The location was convenient for us and had parking. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our breakfast . Most of all the staff were excellent. Everyone was super helpful , polite and tried their best to make our stay enjoyable. I would definitely return again.

The experience was very good. Yamuna made the check in process very easy. There was a slight problem with the 3rd party that I used to make the reservation but Yamuna helped to solve the issue. Her customer service was very professional!

As always, The Hilton in Croydon surpasses every need! I love staying at this particular location because the staff here are absolutely amazing, lovely, caring and chatty and truly never mind going the extra mile to make The Guests smile! ....My Favourite is Stefano! He is wonderful! I think every Hilton needs a Stefano!
