Hilton London Croydon

This was my first time staying at this Hilton in London and it was a wonderful experience. The customer service was amazing. Especially Krika, she worked the front desk and was so understanding and patient with me. When I told her I had an issue with my room temperature, she immediately jumped on it and assisted me immediately. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Yaz is always very helpful, personable and friendly, as are the ladies at breakfast.

No water in room no sky TV

No free.water in the room for 129 pounds a night room was cold

Bed comfortable.

I really expected more from a Hilton hotel. The rooms were super basic, and the service. Also the room wasn’t properly clean and the shower hose was broken/some paint chipped off. An empty vodka bottle in one of our draws!

Always amazing service especially by Yaz at breakfast in the restaurant. Always greets with a smile and makes an effort learning the guest’s name, a nice personal touch.

Nice rooms with new showers. The main reason for the 5 stars is for the staff on reception and especially the breakfast team. The staff are very friendly and professional remember my name, and thank me for coming back. Big shout out to Yaz the breakfast manager possibly the best I have come across. A very welcoming experience and the breakfast is the best out of all Hilton’s I stay/

I had a great stay at the Hilton hotel. The overall experience was excellent, with comfortable rooms, great hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. A special mention to Mrs. Yamuna from the front desk team, who provided outstanding service during my check-in. She was professional, friendly, and made the process smooth and pleasant. Her warm attitude and helpfulness truly made a positive impression and added to the wonderful experience.
