Lady Galloway 28 with Hot Tub

Very spacious, easy access when you arrive, you are not disturbed unless you contact reception. Had the wow factor on arrival. nice and peaceful area, quiet neighbourhood, great to have a washing machine and dishwasher with cleaning items to use, log fire was stunning with wood and matches, etc, left for us. Tennis rackets and balls were provided free for the court. 5 min car trip to shops if stuck for anything or can order food from cabin as plenty of menus and options for bbq and food pack for extra. Towels and bedding clean,fresh. Spacious rooms, great storage, everything you need provided. Man came in a m to check hot tubs where ok daily, and also, our toaster tripped the fuse box, and we got a replacement straight away. We took games with us, there is a tv and outdoor activities available if you have nice weather, also local cinema and a few shops 5 mins away . Local deer and ducks can be seen around the place if you go for a stroll. A very friendly welcoming place and would return in warmer days to enjoy outside activities better

Some damages around the cabin which we reported straight away but this is expected when used alot. Also Curtains had a big stained brown mark on them, found an old vape laying on the floor ,cobwebs (expected as ceiling high), and lots of dust on bedroom floors that bLew out when opened bedroom door. Toilet rolls were a bit cheap, thin, we ran out fast, so take extra as only 4 provided for a family of 6 people. (But This is stated in emails )so we where prepared Maybe a canopy over hot tubs would be handy , luckily, it was dry when we used. There was dog poo on drive on arrival, but the stones could've made it hard to see. Cooker was hard to use even with instructions, but we figured it out after a while. Maybe add to poster that when using cooker hob... the ring pot will flash once the pot is placed on, hold the plus sign down to turn the heat up, and down while it does this. The park course was unfinished at parts but lovely views from it :) Heating had a lock on it, so it was set. It didn't come on sometimes when we needed it if we were cold, but we then burned the fire . Not a complaint as fire was great and warm beds :) Small things, but still a great stay, so I would be back as nothing that made us not want to

Cozy, welcoming and relaxing.I have been to several cabins but this is my favourite thus far. It had everything we need for catering for ourselves which is not always the case. The hot tub was very clean and at a great temperature for the winter weather. Would definitely come again. Thankyou

The oven and hobs weren't great for heating up.

We loved the location of the property though it is quite a way from the closest cafe or bar. The room configuration worked well though the upstairs room was very warm overnight, even in October! Kitchen facilities good. Lounge needed one more lounge chair for comfortable discussion and chat by 6 persons. Bedrooms good and bathroom facilities good. Guests didn’t like the tightness of the spiral staircase, and would have loved upstairs WC facilities.

Just spiral staircase was a problem. Could have benefitted from another key.

Perfect location. Well equipped accommodation. Everything we hoped it would be for our visit - family wedding

It had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen for cooking very clean spacious and within walking distance of amenities.Hot tub was great ,temperature was maintained the whole stay. We were also able to take our little dog.

We loved everything, but the weather wasn’t great and we could have made more use of the hot tub if there had been some form of canopy over it.

Been to conifer lodges twice before however this is the first time in a lodge that sleeps 6 Normally only a two bed

There were no steps to get in and out of the hot tub. The outdoor table and chairs could be doing with new ones as it is old looking and the decking could be doing with getting renewed
