"Very Poor Stay – Noise, Cold Pool, and Uncomfortable Conditions"

Close to the Avalon.

Breakfast was very poor. The noise level was unacceptable — we could hear every step and people walking above us, and from 5 a.m. it was so loud that we couldn’t sleep at all. The pool water was freezing cold. The air conditioning was right next to the bed and blowing extremely strongly, and we woke up with sore throats. We had to leave and move to another hotel because it was impossible to stay another night with children in these conditions.

Staff and location breakfast was good too

We could hear the people above us jumping around late at night, someone was smoking weed and could smell it in our room, the chair in the room was broken on the arm rest like the padding was all ripped apart.
