"It was bad the front desk was rude telling me I would not get my refund for my early checkout I told them ahead of time"

The lady at the desk in the morning was really helpful. I had a fall and she had to help me get up. She didn’t have to do that.

The front desk manager was incredibly helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The hotel is ideally located. The beds are very uncomfortable however, and the hotel is very noisy.

"Comfortable stay"

All and all the hotel was clean and in a perfect safe environment. Staff as extremely friendly and inviting. Hotel is a tab bit outdated but still doesn’t reflect negatively.

It was quiet to my surprise from the looks of the people thought we would have a rowdy night. Bed was OK but no comforter. Just sheet blanket & sheet as topper??

Seedy people hanging around the facility & in the family. Did not feel safe. Not clean - breakfast much to be desired, coffee taste bad. Not very clean.
