My husband and I have been to Madeira two previous times, this time staying at Baía for a month. The location is perfect, close to the best restaurants and walking or using public transportation to Funchal sites. The underground parking is safe, private and easily accessible via elevator. The sound of the waves pounding along the shore while relaxing on the decks overlooking the ocean was our happy place! The hot tub was also a perfect addition to viewing the ocean. The modern, up-to-date furnishings were well done. The beds were very comfortable.

The only negative regarding the property is that the entire building is starting to age but once inside the property, it is perfect!
