The breakfasts were amazing. The evening dinners were exceptional. All the staff went out of their way to be kind, helpful and in fact outstanding.

We stayed in a room for disabled and everything was brilliant but the toilet roll holder was behind the toilet. Not ideal for a disabled person. But that was the only thing we would have complained about!

Fabulous weekend. The hotel is beautiful and easy to get to from Ipswich Station. Loved the Manor House feel, the grounds and fabulous buffet style breakfast (hot food, fresh fruits, continental, pastries). And the Spa…….amazing!!!!! Loved it. Can’t wait to return. Special shout out to Adit on reception who made us feel so welcome.

Booked a 2 night stay to attend a family members wedding reception. My husband and myself arrived the day before as we traveled from the USA. Room was OK, but furniture was stained and somewhat tired... We went to the restaurant for dinner and both of us were very disappointed. The wait was extortionately long, even though there were very few diners. When our food arrived it was extremely disappointing. The Pork was tough, dry and chewy. The potato's dauphinous were hard, The duck overcooked. We mentioned this politely and were comped a free desert. I would rather have eaten a delicious meal. Reviews seem very mixed, with it being a hit or miss when you stay here... I think we will not stay again. The feral cats in the grounds were cute though....

We had a nice meal. And before supper managed an interesting walk through some woodland, with hides and marshes. The hotel was very quiet. And our bedroom looked out onto shrubs and trees.

We found the bedroom a bit airless, though you could open the window we would have welcomed a cooler room

Der Pool Bereich und das Restaurant waren wirklich sehr gut. Unser Zimmer war ebenfalls sehr schön und geräumig.

Der Pool Bereich war etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
