Terrible, not hot water, customer service pero poor, no phone in the room to call main lobby, they have me waiting too long to help me with my situation. Overall very bad experience, I don’t recommend this place at all.

Up: It is a beautiful hotel. Large rooms and very clean. Location, location, location absolutely great. Close to all kinds of activities, shops and restaurants. Parking behind the hotel available at no cost. Several small businesses/vendors inside the hotel available for a good shopping experience. Down: Although customer service while at the hotel was good, it takes forever for the personnel at the lobby to pick up the phone. Mini fridge is available to certain rooms. Therefore, if you have a medical condition that requires refrigeration, this is not the right hotel for you. At the hotel, the bar and restaurant were close. No live music or band at the lobby. Overall, 3/5 rating.
