There was a breakfast buffet,.but I preferred ordering from the menu. The options were slightly confusing as to what was included with the dish and what wasn't, but the food.was sumptuous and.good.

Room was comfortable, I booked a luxury double queen room, it had no balcony and views of the mini golf area, the pool was in a different building which made it a bit hard, it would have been easier to be in the main building and they provided no robes but room was clean.

They charged us for the shuttle to Lake Louise which is only 2 miles away but skiers get free shuttle to the slopes, was not happy about that, also there’s no downtown and restaurants are limited

Sehr schöne Suite mit Balkon/Terrasse! Parkplatz direkt vor Zimmertür! Essen im Restaurant war gut! Zimmer sehr sauber. Sehr gutes WLAN!

Zummerpreis war teurer als bei vergleichbarem Hotel in Banff!

In eerste instantie een standaard kamer in gebouw 4, deze viel flink tegen. Een verouderde, donkere, zeer gehorige kamer. We konden gelukkig een deluxe kamer krijgen, deze was super! Mooie, ruime, schone kamer. Geen geluidsoverlast meer. Nette afwerking in de badkamer, goede douche. Uitzicht op het zwembad en restaurants. Heel mooi resort, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Restaurants zijn goed. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Minigolf, zwembad en fietsverhuur inbegrepen

Kamers in gebouw 4. Ontbijt ter plaatse is flink aan de prijs, evenals het hotel zelf.

Room initially booked was inadequate so we requested an upgrade. Next offered room was suddenly not available, as system did not identify that is was booked for the last of the 4 nights we wanted it. The ultimately provided room was amazing, at an agreed price minimally above the price accepted at the booking date.

The room initially booked was not to the specifications advertised. Two small double beds left no room to swing a cat, let alone sufficient space to access suitcases. This prompted our request for room change, which ultimately resulted in a pleasant stay at the Lake Louise Inn.

Pool, open till 10 pm, convenient location. Good kitchen facilities. Helpful staff

Very expensive. We had a suite but the bed was a sofa bed which we were surprised about.

Optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Sehr nettes Personal. Das Zimmer war sauber.

Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in der Region ist der Preis sehr hoch. Das Deluxe Zimmer entspricht hier einem Standardzimmer in einem einfachen zwei Sterne Hotel.
