L’emplacement de l’hôtel est top à proximité des quelques commerces de la ville et du départ des navettes pour lake moraine et lake Louise La piscine avec 3 jacuzzis idéale après une journée de balade Les 2 restaurants (nous n’en avons testé qu’un seul mais c’est bien pratique car directement dans l’hôtel)

La chambre est vraiment petite et vieillotte, prévue pour 4 personnes mais avec les bagages, cela semble impossible. A 3, nous étions très à l’étroit. Anecdotique mais il n’y a aucun crochet dans la salle de bain pour les serviettes. La literie est dépassée et inconfortable. La vue sur… la piscine intérieure est déroutante dans le cadre qu’est lac Louise, la chambre avec vue est certainement plus chère mais avoir une chambre qui ne donne même pas sur l’extérieur et sans possibilité d’ouvrir la fenêtre est très gênant. Le cadre général de l’hôtel est chouette mais la chambre laissait vraiment à désirer, le rapport qualité/prix est très mauvais pour cette chambre.

no elevators on some of their suites. so if you have ski or snowboard, be prepared on carrying them up.

Comfortable accommodation with good facilities. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds which also had a balcony area which was lovely. Was great to be able to open the door to the balcony area or open a window. The beds were comfortable, the shower was good too. Great fitness room, nice pool and hot tubs. Obviously the accommodation is pricey in this area so you’re paying for the location.

It was loud, we could hear stomping above us and in the rooms next to us, doors slamming. There was an interconnecting door (which we didn’t use) but the light shone around the edges of the door at 4.30am when the people in the next-door room got up!!

Very lovely and beautiful

The room with two queen beds we originally booked was too small for 3 people. There wasn't enough room for three bags and only two chairs to sit on. However the nice woman at Reception offered us a Deluxe 1 Bedroom King suite with a Queen Murphy bed (which was quite comfortable) in the lounge at a discounted upgrade rate. The suite was very new and had a small sitting room with gas fireplace, excellent kitchen, good sized bedroom and a lovely bathroom with a spa bath and separate shower cubicle.

The room with two Queen beds we booked was too small for 3 or 4 people.

Legends was great service and good quality. Pool facilities were excellent.

Short stay of 2 nights - very friendly staff, great facilities - in particular the laundry room which was very useful and room very clean with a comfortable bed! Restaurant had a comprehensive menu and very good food. Would definitely recommend!
