"Convenient and comfortable"

Easy access by walking to Lake Louise Village where our booked shuttles did a pick up. Spacious grounds with a being in nature vibe. Excellent range of facilities to cater for all needs.

"Not worth the $$$"

Location Has 2 restaurants in it

Facility is very old, room doesn’t look clean You can hear people upstairs, next door, and walk outside. The floor is squeaky My skin is not sensitive at all but after sleeping in the bed for one night, I was itchy all over my body and I had to take a shower in the morning Definitely not worth the $$$

Room was ‘tired’ in need of redecoration and modernisation. Apparently we had had an upgrade.

Great location, friendly staff, very good restaurant.

There was no refrigerator in the room, which is quite a bother for people preparing hiking lunch packs.
