Location is great. We were in a renovated unit. They had good smelling soap.

It does look like they would prefer shortcuts to increase profit. While we were in a renovated unit, not everything was renovated. The shower operation was impossible/broken. The doors and door frames were quite used and not renovated at all. The unit itself was quite dark, probably because we were on the lower floor and looked at cars. The lady at check out was quite friendly, cannot say the same for the check in later the evening before. Feels very functional - for that price, not functional enough. It's definitely a huge hotel with constant guest streams. If you don't need to stay in Lake Louise, stay in Banff. They have fantastic hotels at a similar price point.

When we arrived we where put into a VERY small room and therefore I went to reception to enquire about an upgrade. The receptionist Giovanna was extremely helpful and offered two different rooms which we could view at a very reasonable upgrade price. We choose the one bedroom Condo with kitchen and garden area which was fantastic for our stay. The hotel itself is lovely and in a good location for the village stores and walks. The bus to Lake Louise was right outside and ran regularly (reception give you at timetable). The restaurant food was delious. The pool and jacuzzi was a great way to chill after a day sightseeing.

Great location within easy 10min drive to Lake Louise and the small village/shops a 5 minute walk.Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Parking spaces right outside the room which was great. Two restaurants at the hotel, we had a pasta meal at the Timberwolf on site and it was great. The room was clean. Just needs a bit of an update and there was a lack of plug sockets. Beside that it was a great place for a short stay.

Convenient for visiting Lake Louise. Hotel is a large complex and despite being near the main highway, traffic noise was not a problem. Very well appointed room and kitchenette facilities. Pool looked good (but was closed for maintenance)

Die Lage ist ganz schön in Lake Louise. Das ganze Objekt ist sehr groß. Das Beste in dieser Anlage ist das Schwmmbad.

Man hatte uns ein Zimmer gegeben, dessen einziges Fenster direkt in das Schwimmbad ging. Also weder frische Luft noch Tageslicht, sondern bei geöffnetem Fenster dirkt das Schwimmbad mit der ganzen Greräuschkulisse. Nach Reklamation wurde uns widerwillig ein normales Motelzimmer zugewiesen. Die Zimmer scheinen etwas in die Jahre gekommen zu sein, die Möbel alt und die Beleuchtung im Zimmer, vor allem die nicht vorhandene Leselampen am Bett sehr mangelhaft.
