Very clean throughout. Every staff member was friendly and attentive. Room and bed very comfortable, location is perfect for easy access to and from the train station, and in a pleasant area to easily stroll to the old town. Breakfast was good too! Couldnโ€™t ask for more for our overnight stay between the Glacier Express and the Bernina Express.

Very clean spacious room in a fantastic location. Very happy with the staff who greeted us so welcoming and let us check in early. The breakfast was amazing with lots of variety and the staff again were so welcoming

- great central location in Chur right next to train station - good location to explore city on foot - clean, functional & comfortable rooms - free parking

- restaurant was closed in evening - reception desk was not well staffed and I had to wait 7 min before I was attended to
