"L'hôtel est bien situé dans Gatineau. Il offre tout ce qu'on peut s'attendre d'un hôtel du genre."

Les lits étaient confortables. Le déjeuner était varié. Le personnel était courtois.

Le débit d'eau et la pression de la douche était insuffisant. Nous en avons informé la personne à la réception pour qu'il fasse faire vérifier ce détail.

Age de 80 ans pas de ascenseur pour le 2 étage. Le frigidaire qui faisait du bruit. Manque de éclairage dans la salle de bain. Voisin qui faisait bruit jusqu'à 3 heures du matin

the propriety looks new and well maintained

Room service is bizarre, they come in, change towels, not taking all garbage, doing bed or cleaning around sink/bathroom. very surprised please change ur waffle maker, it is old and does not look clean to use.
