Cleanliness, friendliness and courteousness of the staff, location, proximity to Les Promenades and a Couche-Tard. Beds were very comfortable and the bedding was clean and soft.

La proximité des commerces autour de l’hôtel ( promenades de Gatineau juste en face ) vraiment génial !

L’insonorisation des chambres, on entend lorsque les gens parlent dans le corridor, il n’y a pas de personnel chargé de maintenir le climat calme et raisonnable pour les autres clients de l’hôtel. La lumière qui entre dans la chambre à travers les rideaux empêche de dormir tard le matin.
