Graduate by Hilton Cambridge

Fantastic location within a minutes walk from Queens’ College and within 5 minutes walk from King’s College and King’s Parade. Many rooms have a great view of the river Cam. The interior of the hotel itself has a classic/retro vibe with some distinctly Cambridge accouterments like an atomic model of ? hanging from the Foyer ceiling and Cambridge punts adoring the walls. There is a lovely cafe and restaurant that opens out to the garden area overlooking the river with outdoor tables. The rooms are great but the one I stayed in was on the smaller side. It was reasonably updated although within the next few years they will need a complete remodeling. The exterior of the hotel is rather dreary and un-Cambridge like. The front desk manager Pradeep was an exceptionally attentive host and exudes a warm, welcoming spirit - one that aims to make the guests feel happy. All in all, I was very happy with my stay here.

The feel of the hotel was great, the location fabulous and the room lovely - the bed was awesomely soft and big.

I'm not keen that when staying at a hotel you have to pay to park in their hotel car park. This was really disappointing. If not your car park offer discounts. A further £27 a night - this reduced my score...sorry! I also dislike that hotels are getting like cheap airlines and you don't even get a breakfast included these days...even that's an extra cost. And no bath :-(

Location is ideal for central Cambridge. We booked this hotel as a treat - we usually go for cheaper options

The room had not been cleaned properly - rubbish found under both beds and dust on shelves. The fan didnt work in the bathroom and the water did not drain when showering. Offered a discount for issues but hotel then charged me twice - the original fee and the reduced one. Took 5 days to get money back
