Lovely hotel with amazing garden space

Slightly overpriced food, and service charge added to every order (even if I order the drinks at the bar and deliver them myself to my table outside). Odd.

Chaque matin la même présentation, aucune variation dans l'offre déjà très réduite.

La chambre était décevante, l'équipement minimaliste, pas assez de place pour ranger ses vêtements. Quant à la salle de bains, il y avait juste le strict minimum, pas de nécessaire de toilette et pas de verres pour se laver les dents. On a dû utiliser les verres du bar! Réponse à la réception: On ne donne pas de verres pour la salle de bains! Mais le pire était la climatisation qui faisait un bruit énorme, même à l'arrêt. Malgré deux réclamations à la réception, personne n'est intervenu pour résoudre le problème.

The hotel is in a pretty location set away from the hubbub of the town.

Customer service is abysmal. Arrived to be told my pre-paid booking did not exist. Sat in a hot busy reception and when they realised their mistake they barely apologised. Trying to extend our stay before arriving was impossible spent a lot time talking to people on the phone - none of whom were able to do this! Staff were generally unhelpful leading to a stressful stay.
