Excellent location near all major roads. Lovely property with the most wonderful staff throughout my stay. All the personnel were totally professional courteous friendly and very helpful. They all seem to be enjoying their duties and looking after their guests. Nothing was too much problem for anyone. Particular shoutouts to Sandeep and Michael at the reception amongst others. Definitely would look foto staying here again!

"Dated hotel in need of a makeover "

The best thing about this hotel is the staff - incredibly friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the rooms need doing up, they are very basic and dated. The fan in my bathroom was so loud, the bathroom not very nice to be in and very old. All furnishing very old. Breakfast was ok.

From checking In service was excellent, when i arrived my room was not ready, but they moved me to a room that was ready, I didn’t ask they just did that. We had a great time, bar was nice, food was good too. Room was clean and welcoming be back again.
