Food was mediocre but overpriced. Location was central. Staff were friendly and accommodating

Music from function room, should warn people that a wedding/function is taking place. Our room was on the 4th floor and the music could be heard loudly from the ground floor function room. Wedding guests took over the bar area in between their afternoon and evening entertainment

Great location and excellent price for guest parking. For visitors to Bolton, the location is superb as it is very close to the town centre. Lovely , executive feel room.

Stayed here 10 days ago. 10 out of 10 for that stay. This time it was 7 out of 10 purely due to the ignorant individual in the room next door or opposite who clearly did not realise that letting your door slam shut at 1130pm and 620am is going to bother those around you. Id ask staff to check room 227 or those opposite to make sure the slow close mechanism still works on the door ls before another ignoranus has opportunity to take residence and do the same. Other than this unfortunate incident, all else was absolutely fine.

The room was fairly clean but I liked the bathroom most. Very good shower and was clean. The water was perfect 👌

The carpet across the hotel is dirty and the chairs in the room had dirty marks
