Birchwood Hotel and OR Tambo Conference Centre

Pleasant stay. Staff was very easy to work with and very accommodating. Price was excellent.

It was ok by the shower was flooding and Saturday night the music was too loud even though we were not informed and we couldn't sleep.

Airport shuttle was a bit slow but after a lengthy wait we were finally collected and transported to the hotel. 2 stays in 2 weeks at this hotel. Nice breakfast set-up. Laundry service is extremely pricy beware !!

Staff were really brilliant, security staff on South Gate, very very friendly, staff at The Grill, marvellous they were. The room was very very clean, I must and will return.

The stay was very average .The breakfast was not tasty at all .

Friendly very helpful staff, clean rooms. Outside the rooms there was quite a bit of careless litter, plastic and cigarette butts which was a shame.

Enjoyed our stay. Room was nice and coean, though it was on the second story and we had to carry the luggage by ourselves and my partner is a pensioner. No help was offered.

Beautiful venue and amazing service. Would be nice to have some bottled water available on arrival in room. Single beds are very very hard but overall a lovely stay
