Personnel qui a su répondre à nos attentes tout au long de notre séjour et disponible, très bon accueil dès notre arrivée. Propreté et confort des chambres. Repas de la demie pension préparés avec soin et de qualité ( comparable à un restaurant gastro). Petit déjeuner avec un large choix et de qualité, hotel calme et bien situé. Nous remercions toute l équipe de l hôtel pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur professionnalisme. Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel.

Copilote, je suis Platinium au Hilton et habitue aux 5 etaoiles sur le globe. En WE avec mon epouse, nous aivons peu de choix lors de ce sejour a Futuroscope car seul 2 4 stars etaient sur ce site. Convaincu que votre etablissement avait meilleure apparence, j'ai reserve dans votr eetablissement Je ne vous cache pas ma deception ! A l'arrivee: La salle de sport etait fermee et en reno !! Et la cerise, lors du check, on nous apprend que le restaurant est ferme !!! Ca donne envi ! Si j'avais su ca, je serais alle directmement a Poitiers, car apres 300km de route on n'a pas trop envi de reprendre la route pour aller diner en exterieur Qd a la chambre. Sympa la deco, simple mais efficace ... au bemol pres de la superbe araignee au plafond a notre reveil ! Et celle la, ne datait pas de la veille En resume, je suis desole mais a part le breakfast (200e nuit et breakfast), ca ressemble bien a un miroir aux hirondelles car le tarif ne vaut pas la prestation .. que je deconseille a ceux qui vont aller sur ce site de vacances
