Le personnel est très souriant et très serviable. La literie est confortable et le petit déjeuner copieux. Idéalement situé pour aller au Futuroscope

Situé très a l'écart de la ville. Idéal pour le Futuroscope mais pas pour visiter la ville. Les jours fériés peu de disponibilité de transports en commun il faut donc prendre un taxi

Situation idéale pour le futuroscope. A quelques minutes à pied à peine. Chambre très bien équipée, spacieuse, propre, calme et literie confortable.

Les jours fériés difficile de se rendre à Poitiers car c’est très excentré et les transports en commun presque inexistants

Les personnels sont souriants . L'hôtel est proximité de 10 min à pied au Futurscope. Au top.

L'heure de nous arriver notre chambre était pas disponible. Mais ,il sont trouver la solution juste il nous a remis une chambre Handicapé.

"On est loin d’un 4 étoiles"

Le concept Novotel , le parking ; la chambre spacieuse

La restauration; le manque de professionnalisme du personnel; …..un établissement qui n’a rien d’un 4 étoiles ( pas de nappe, pas de set de table, pas de changement des couverts entre les plats, entre deux clients les tables sont nettoyées en chassant les miettes avec la main !!)
