Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Literie très grande et excellente. Climatisation fonctionne très bien. Nous étions en Rez-de-jardin au calme. Le petit-déjeuner en buffet est complet, copieux et très très bon. Le dîner est également très très bon. Une belle salle de sport très bien équipée, une agréable piscine. Le personnel est agréable. L'hôtel est situé à la sortie de l'autoroute, donc facile d'accès, sans avoir les inconvénients liés au trafic. Il est à côté du Parc du Futuroscope qui est accessible à pied en 15 min.

Pas de réfrigérateur pour mettre des boissons au frais. L'aspect extérieur de l'hôtel, sans charme, bloc tout en verre. Manque de signalisation claire et de chemin-piétons sécurisé et agréable pour accéder au Parc du Futuroscope. Le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas bon.

La déco générale Le personnel sympathique La literie

- le manque d’entretien et de propreté : La 1ere chambre était très très sale : traces de 2 mains sur le décor sur le mur au dessus du canapé (genre la scène hot dans Titanic 😅), moquette dégoûtante, calcaire sur les robinetteries, joints de douches marron de crasse, toilettes pas propres… ) heureusement nous avons été relogés dans une autre chambre qui était propre mais plus petite - Le petit déjeuner varié mais pas super qualitatif (viennoiseries sans goût… où est le beurre de Charentes Poitou ? Ananas et clémentine dans leur jus sans aucun goût, même pas frais… au prix du petit dej les fruits pourraient au moins être pelés et frais… ) - pas de machine à café mais du café en poudre… - Le dîner bof (tagliatelles avec une sauce soit disant aux poivrons, sans aucune saveur et très sèches) Bref pour 270€ la nuit avec petit dej et dîner ont s’attendait à un autre standing… Déçus…
