Best Western Inn & Suites of Macon

Great place

This is a terrible place. Smelled of urine , had roaches , dirty bed linen We asked for refund because we couldn’t stay there , there were other people also asking for refund.

Rooms were large and spacious. Fairly clean rooms. Shower curtain had a bit of a sour smell, like left wet for too long. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner but all together pretty stratified with out stay. Close to anything you could need and interstate.

I specifically booked this particular property because their site advertised a pool AND hot tub. My kids wanted to swim and I would enjoy the hot tub. When I got there, neither was in service. Needless to say, I will definitely be adding the cancelation option to my purchase. Or pay upon arrival.

Room was old and dated. Pool and hot tub did not work. Beds uncomfortable.

Front desk and staff were friendly and welcoming. We stayed with our dog, and slept great. Definitely would recommend.

Staff was fine. Check in and check out was good except I didn’t receive my two free waters at check-in. My room was clean, but smelled pet odors. The common areas and halls were clean. The cleanliness did not affect our stay at all. We’ve stayed at this hotel for years every time we went north and came south. We have noticed a slight deterioration in the quality of the hotel. Our room have always been clean.

Staff was super friendly and rooms were clean!

The indoor Pool and hottub were closed... part of why we picked here instead of those next to it.
