Best Western Inn & Suites of Macon

I arrived around 9:30 pm and was told there was no room available to me. I had booked a pet room and they told me “they decided today to put those rooms out to do renovations.” They did not offer to compensate me, put me at another hotel, nor did they contact me prior to this. I definitely do not recommend.

The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was super clean, and the room was super big.

Stay here a lot. Nice people and clean room. I have a service animal and they always have a room.

We rented two rooms for 3 nights. My daughter along with her two dogs stayed in one room while we attended a funeral. We left a DO NOT DISTURB SIGN on the door. Housekeeping barged in, couldn't speak much English, manager beat on door and blew the phone up. Claimed my daughter was a squatter. I called the hotel phone numerous times but they wouldn't answer. When I got back and went to the desk, I was told that the person who checked us in had put us in a wrong room. They never called my phone on file that day. It completely terrified my daughter. What if no one had been there, what would they have done with our pets?? We were told that they would comp the room for one night. We get back home and they charged us full price for both rooms for all three nights for each. They will not answer the phone!!! I did call corporate the day of the issue since the hotel would not answer their phone. I'm waiting for an answer on my complaint. Breakfast tasted off flavor so we only tried to eat the hotel breakfast the one day.

Had everything we needed including fridge microwave and coffee maker. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast left a lot to be desired but Waffle House and Cracker Barrel very close by.

We stayed one day as a stop of a longer trip. The staff was amazing but the indoor pool had to chlorine smell to the inside which we did not decide to swim in. (Watered our eyes just being inside) and the waffles tasted

The property was well maintained and the staff were very nice. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. TV had movie package and lots of channels to choose from. Shower was good and towels were nice and big . Breakfast was great, plenty to choose from and very tasty.

The location was a little sketchy, not really a good restaurant near by. Had an issue with a slow bathroom sink drain and the hair dryer didn’t work. We reported both were offered a new hairdryer.
