Hotel Teatro

The hotel has beautiful decor with a unique style that represents history but still modern with a old Mail Drop and beautiful wood work on walls and banisters the staff was friendly and accommodating from the front desk staff, valet and restaurant staff. The room was clean and had gorgeous views of the cathedral in Denver.

There was nothing I didn’t like this hotel is exceptional

My wife and I stayed two nights in a corner King room and could not be more pleased. While the facility is top notch and the room was comfortable (with a nice city view), it was the staff that made it really stand out. From the Valet parking guy to Julian at the front desk, they made us feel welcome and comfortable. Julian arranged restaurant reservations, and offered the hotel's courtesy car if we didn't want to walk. The Nickle Restaurant in the hotel was excellent, but we came late for dessert and a nightcap. All good. We try to stay in top-notch hotels when we travel and have stayed in several of Denver's "best". Hotel Teatro will be our new go-to hotel from now on!

Everything was wonderful! The hotel is beautiful, and we loved seeing it decorated for the Holidays. The staff were amazing! Our king corner room was very nice and comfortable. The room was very clean with a large bathroom. The hotel is located in a great location near the theaters and within walking distance to the Christkindl Market as well as many great restaurants. We look forward to coming back and bringing our dog next time. They have a car service for within 2 miles of the location. We asked about it Saturday evening. It was in use, but the front desk provided a complimentary Lyft ride to our location.

It was a good location for our show at the Opera house. Staff were friendly.

I booked my stay in September, and the pictures showed a room with a bathtub. However, when I arrived, I was disappointed to find that I didn’t get a room with a bathtub. The front desk informed me that they had no rooms available with a bathtub, but when I checked online, I discovered that there was indeed a room with a bathtub. It seemed as though I had inadvertently booked the last available room because I checked in late, even though I had made the reservation months ago. To add to my disappointment, our comforter had stains on it. When we removed it to ensure it would be washed for the next guests. The mattress itself was absolutely disgusting, incredibly stained. There was also soap scum from previous soap on the counter still. So who knows how to clean the room actually was.

Everything was fine. The room was adequate for our needs. Did have an evening coffee at the Nickel, which was fine. Location was key.

Very beautiful and well staffed!

We were welcomed at Teatro front desk by Kaye. What a beautiful lobby all decorated for Christmas ! Our room was on 6th floor and was very comfortable. We enjoyed some of the amenities which included a glass of prosecco once we were checked in. Our room was quiet and cozy. We appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel. We liked the location as it was within walking distance to the Bella Ball.

This was our second stay at Hotel Teatro and we cannot wait to come back! From quick valet, friendly and accommodating check-in, amazing views, to complimentary drinks and breakfast burritos, they cannot be beat. Be sure to come during the holidays to see the beautiful decorations and stop in the lobby for a cocktail by their cozy fireplace.
