I am a regular visitor to the hotel and it never fails to provide excellent service and accommodation

There is nothing I do not like

Lovely room. Fantastic staff who were professional and helpful. When we left valuables behind the response was excellent and fast. High quality hotel in gorgeous location.

Dinner was very busy so it was very slow. Lunchtime they ran out of sandwiches as it is such a popular venue. Minor problems that did not spoil an excellent stay.

The most beautiful room in the hotel. It gave me the best experience as a bride. The thermal spa is worth booking. I had guest book to stay at the hotel and they enjoyed themselves. The staff who looked after us were great. I highly recommend to stay there.

Location was perfect for our stay

Didn’t realise I’d booked a small double bed.

Got a free upgrade which was nice of them. Reception staff member was very welcoming and the guy from the restaurant who delivered room service was very friendly. Evening meal was excellent on the whole.

Room decor was a little tired (peeling wallpaper) and the view was awful but you can’t have it all! Was in the eaves so angle of ceiling was tricky for someone at 6’3”. Air conditioning was very noisy. Windows left unlocked but felt safe enough. Breakfast wasn’t great, staff on duty who ‘greeted’ me weren’t at all welcoming and the music being played was for their taste and not for a calm and quiet breakfast experience. Food quality for breakfast was nowhere near as good as the food served the night before: low quality and rather bland. Cheap bread and ‘generic’ quality sausages, bacon etc.

Breakfast was as expected.
