La propreté, les infrastructures, le petit-déjeuner.

Lekkere bedden, hygiënisch en fijn dat er een zwembad was met de warmte.

Er waren geen cocktails, onze koelkast werkte in eerste instantie niet. Later een nieuwe koelkast gekregen.

The hotel was fine.

We chose this hotel because it advertised a gluten-free breakfast. I would like to warn others about this. The staff are not properly trained in handling gluten-free products. We were offered to toast gluten-free rolls in a toaster that is also used for regular wheat bread, and we were told that the scrambled eggs were gluten-free, which they were not. The breakfast items were not labelled, making it impossible to know which products were safe to choose. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, especially since I had informed the hotel in advance, when making the reservation, that one guest has coeliac disease.
