"Beautiful staff but building not at standard expected"

The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. You can tell they are trying so hard while the place literally falls down around them.

The buildings and property is extremely tired and is in serious need of renovations. Balconies and decks had timber which was rotted out. Paint peeling, swollen doors, smashed tiles, pool had algae, rooms had a mouldy smell and electrical items were out of date for test and tag.To be honest some areas should be condemned.

"It was entirely amazing for us, yet it was short. Then, one day we could stay much longer."

The inner vicinity of the room is tidy and well-organise for guests.

It is not about the room, but the pool was not quite maintained at that time due to weather condition. Although, the resort was perfect to unwind and stay. We truly appreciate for all staff who were enormously accommodating with us from the reception to the vicinity of the resort.
