I will put some pictures that I took after cleaning and Once I went to the reception and told them about my problem and nothing was modified this is not suitable for a hotel with a name novotel

Facilities were fantastic! And the buffet breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had! Location was fantastic and nice walk to beach

Got the king deluxe lake view and was quite disappointed with the quality of the room and amenities. The bathroom was very dated and mould in the silicone. Would have been a nice touch to have slippers and robes as the floor gets very sandy. The lighting was also a bit of an issue. Very bright light in wardrobe connected to bathroom switch meant that toileting at night affected the other person. Lamp didn’t work. Would also be nice to have access to more tv channels and movies you can buy

The room was a great size for the two of us and we enjoyed the comfort of the best. We loved how lose the beach and lagoon were and made sure to enjoy the sun at the bar and pool during the day.

We had a major issue with sand in the bathroom. Even on first arrival to the room, there was clearly a lot of sand still on the bathroom floor from the previous stay. Also the guest below us where clearly heavy smokers that were just outside their room chain smoking most of the day. the smell was pretty rough. Also some major issues with the alarm system, false alarm for over 30 minutes at MIDNIGHT was very disruptive.

"There is room to improve"

Location is great, hotel generally ok

I have to wait till 15:00 o'clock for check in and lady at receptionact so normal to wait 3 hours to check in , u check in 3 o'clock afternoon but u have to check out sharp 10 o'clock , so u pay for 24 hours but u actually cant stay 24 hours here .there is nothing in the mini bar fridge at room , not even drop of water , they put drinking water around the main bar at lobybut its warm water.
