Holiday Inn Express Mystic by IHG

Close to all attractions, restaurants and shopping- great location.

The location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing!

Breakfast selection was good, and staff were attentive

Breakfast seating area was not big enough. Room had hairs on the bathroom counter, and poor water pressure.

Only drawback was not enough outlets to charge phones and tablets

Convenient location

The toilet is way too low. Difficult . Consider installing comfort height toilets . Majority of travelers are adults. Parents can lift their kids if it’s too high. Also, there should be a grab bar IN the shower. The bar mounted outside is fine for getting in and out but one is definitely needed for IN the shower.

Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Room was large. We were very close to attractions that we had come to visit. Manager gladly moved us to a top floor room after we heard a bit too much noise overhead.

Although the machine ground fresh beans for each cup, it didn't live up to my expectation. Didn't seem like half and half, but maybe "creme" in the pitcher. Cheese omelettes were premade and kind of spongy and sausage patties were dry. But yogurt and fresh fruit was good. Okay for free breakfast.
