Our stay at Four Seasons Cyprus was simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived until our departure, every aspect of our experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is outstanding – beautiful facilities, excellent food, a wonderful beach, impeccable cleanliness, and truly first-class service. Traveling with our baby daughter Daniela, we were especially touched by the warmth and attention we received. The hotel surprised us with several thoughtful compliments, including a lovely teddy bear and backpack for Daniela, a bottle of excellent white wine, and a beautifully scented Four Seasons candle. These gestures made our stay even more memorable. We would like to give special recognition to Desislava Yordanova from Guest Relations. As fellow Bulgarians, we immediately felt welcomed, but what impressed us most was her genuine kindness, professionalism, and sincere care throughout our stay. She always greeted us with a smile, took a special interest in Daniela, and made us feel valued and at home. Desislava is a true asset to the hotel and played a significant role in making this holiday unforgettable for our family. Thank you to the entire Four Seasons team for creating such a wonderful experience. We travel frequently and stay at many hotels, but the level of hospitality we received here was truly exceptional. I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The suite was beautiful, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Everything was spotless and very well maintained, and the relaxing atmosphere made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent. What truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. They always greeted me with a smile, were happy to assist with anything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable experience.
