Whay can I say other than another excellent stay at our favourite hotel. Rooms with everything you could need. Immaculate main areas always with a lovely aroma from the many flower displays with staff that greet you all day long. We predominantly spent all our time in the hotel when you have eveeyvwhim catered for why move. We had a fabulous meal in Sera also the service & atmosphere was excellent, very good well trained staff. Another evening we went to the Seasons Oriental (this type of food isn't outer first choice ) but we knew Maria would guide us with her recommendations for our pallete. She has a lovely personality & is extremely efficient and helpful. The breakfasts & 2 evening meals in the Tropical again exactly what we expected from them, service, choice & friendliness. We love the beach bar the staff there are always good under Antonis supervision with a good choice if beverages & food. The Vista bar staff are brilliant , they are reslly friendly & welcoming. Like yo have s chat & light hearted banter whilst working hard & maintaining an air of professionalism. It was nice to see Greg working there & George is always special to us. We were very well looked after at the adults pool by the guys ft9m Colours they did a very good job. We did the 1st excursion of the season with Andreas to Omodos yet again we had a fabulous day. He made sure everyone mingled and enjoyed themselves. The restaurant is one of our favourites (a separate TA review has been done) All the staff as usual were lovely its hard to single out individuals. We saw quite a lot if Stefani one if the hostesses at the Trooicsl & Oriental she has a lovely deneamour Desi has such a calming & genuine nature a lovely person inside & out & is very popular. The demographic between her snd Andreas really works they just bounce off one another. As for Andreas a loveky, caring man who was born to follow his role. Everyone loves him. He ensures everyone us included, nothing is yo much trouble . His trips are great fun & so popular . Ad my husband said if everything eryone gad an Andreas in their life there would be no need for anti depressants ! We met quite a few new guests to the hotel who all said they would be returning and that says it all. Can't wait to be back in October We were very well looked afte
