Unclean . Stay just if necessary

The staff was good, they do what they can with what threy have to work with.

This building needs a major renovation. The doors stick, the porcelain in the bathtube was gone around the drain, paint was peeling, bottom of the doors was peeling. The breakfast was a disaster: at 8am there was only one muffin, no eggs no sausage, decaf coffee was terrible. There was some yogurt and milk for the oatmeal., some bread and a machine to make waffles.

Hotel is near the river however is nothing like the photos. Not sure how this place is even allowed to stay open in its condition.

Last minute booking and had no other option. It's a nice location on the canal, definitely under renovation and could be cleaned much better. Breakfast is average, no eggs or bacon/sausage, there was pancakes and many other basic options (muffins, toast and juice). It's a comfortable stay for a cheaper one night stop in. Hallways and elevator could use major Reno's. The balcony is nice but not cleaned. You could tell it definitely used to be a nice hotel in its day and has lots of potential to become itself again. Just needs work. Service was very good.
