Excellent hotel, the only issue was with the towels, they were old.

Nice hotel almost in the city center. Looks seedy but clean and pleasant. Friendly staff willing to help. Breakfast is ok but dishes don't be changed: same food every day.

Nice hotel. Good location. Clean. Good food. We had breakfest and dinner. Nice entertainment during dinner time. Rooms are ok but bathroom although acceptable neef some refurbishment. Staff ate nice and helpful.

Hotel in need of updating.. A little tired and worn looking.staff were exceptional and that made my stay enjoyable. A 20 min walk from the old port and close to a supermarket and restaurants

The property advertizes that they have free parking however there is insufficient parking space in the hotel and in the surrounding area. To make matters worse, the street the hotel is on is very narrow with cars parked on both sides and a local establishment has secured the rights to close the street down resulting in unsafe situations in the event of an emergency. The beds were too soft and not supporting. The rooms in the hotel need some serious upgrading. All in all not a pleasant experience at this hotel and I would not stay there ever again. The building of three skyscrapers near by will only make things worse, both during construction and after.

everything is great with this hotel

This hotel was comfortable. Breakfast was fine but nothing special, and they frequently ran out of items. (They did replenish, but not as quickly as they could have.) The woman who checked us in was extremely helpful. There was a party across the street and nowhere to park, but she set us up in what I think was staff parking. After a long day of travel, we were very happy for the quick resolution to the lack of parking. The next evening, the parking was adequate.
