Kapetanios Odysseia Hotel

It was amazing. Very helpful and friendly staff . Everyone was nice 👍 and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Also the hotel is well situated on the high street: very close to the beach and easy access to shops etc .

Good hotel and good location. Do not expect something modern - everything is outdated. But every room woth a balcony, perfect breakfast. The pool is very small, always busy. Do not ask anything at lobby - receptionsts are not local and will provide you wrong info about the city and attractions.

Good room Good location Gym wasn't working though despite then stating this on Expedia which was important to my physical therapy as I am recovering from knee surgery and its pics where the main reason I chose this hotel

Amazing Location. easily I was able to get to any interesting attractions in the city. close to the beach and nice to walk to all directions. very good Hotel. very nice people and very good breakfast and dinner.

Everything we saw or used were excellent. We ll come back again.

Location was good

The pictures and descriptions of this hotel are inaccurate. The hotel is dated and needs a very deep scrubbing as well as routine maintenance. The housekeeping staff was hard working and did their best with what they had to work with. The women working the front desk were rude and defensive about every question or request. When it came time to pay the bill, I asked if she could charge it to the card they had on file. I didn't realize that they had not taken a card. This is common practice in hotels all over the world. The woman spoke to me as if I were a complete idiot refusing to pay or something. My husband heard and was upset by her attitude but we never reacted. We just paid how she wanted and figured something was just lost in translation. Other reviews tore the breakfast apart but I have to say that it was actually not bad. It got old by day 4 but was a good option since it was included with the stay. My only complaint about the breakfast was the lack of cold beverage choices and low quality juices. The pool area was lovely but closed at 6:00pm. I found this out when my 5 year old and I tried to go for a swim at 7 pm when the sun was still out. We were rudely told that the pool was closed and my son just burst into tears. We just wanted a quick dip to help with jetlag. If you're sightseeing all day, you don't get a chance to use the pool until after 6 pm anyway. I will not ever be back or recommend these properties to anyone I know.

The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. They were willing to go out of their way to accommodate my children’s food allergies.
