Pretty friendly staff, helpful and positive attitude. The only a little bit negative side is the same breakfast choice everyday, which is a standard one and good,but no variety at all

Really nice location, nice 30min walk to the Old Port but very nice beaches available within 2-3min walking distance, similar to restaurants, supermarkets, shops, so super convenient. Very friendly staff, nice pool, very quiet and comfortable, so perfect to relax, providing also towels for the pool area. Breakfast was not really the greatest, definitely need improvement.

They cleaned the room only once during my stay there which was for 7 days and they changed bed sheets also once and they didn’t bother to clean the balcony at all . My towel wasn’t changed for 3 days . I reserved a superior room , but it seems all superior rooms are located on the 1st floor without even a view to the swimming pool. The first night it was too noisy until 4 am, coming from the nearby rooms, it was on the 9th of April 2022. This is not my first time at this hotel, it was great before , don’t know why their services are getting poorer.

Early breakfast was a very valuable service for us. Thanks to Joanne and her team in the restaurant for this. Irina on reception provided an efficient and pleasing welcome.

Great room for the price. we ended up getting the larger outdoor area with lounge chairs (not a lot more than the standard room) the pool is beautiful, breakfast is good, and the drinks are strong :) plus, just a hop away from the sea.

Bathroom is awful. Looks like the rest of the room was renovated except the entry and bathroom. Shower is tiny, bathroom is tiny,
