Mooi hotel in Britse stijl. Gezellige pub. Vriendelijk personeel. Goede kamer. Hotel ligt vlak bij het centrum. Bushalte voor de deur. Ook leuk: Als je bij een verblijf van meerdere dagen afziet van dagelijkse schoonmaak, krijg je een stempel voor een drankje in de pub.

Iets om rekening mee te houden in warme periodes: Geen airco op de kamers. Verder was de lift nog steeds buiten gebruik. Daar werd wel aan gewerkt. Bovendien was het voor mij geen bezwaar om de trap te nemen.

Fab location , staff lovely, very comfy bed. Moved room as first one on checking in had all the extractors outside bedroom window.. we got moved to a lovely room no problem at all the young man was lovely who sorted it. All of the staff we came across were so lovely, friendly and helpful

The cooked buffet breakfast was cold.. would be better if had the lids on.. I had eggs Benedict off the menu it was lovely, and the next day I asked for done smoked salmon to have with my scrambled eggs.. no problem. Lovely staff all round

Central location in Harrogate. Beautifully decorated in public areas.

Rooms were tired and need a paint. Some areas were worn.

Great location for sights. Absolutely beautiful building. Welcoming and accomodation staff. Good size room for a single.

Shower clunky and a bit smelly.

Very convenient location, reasonably decent rooms for the price and with available, reasonably priced parking

No aircon which would be regarded as necessary at any time, but essential given the current temperature.
