Beautiful hotel, gorgeous interior and spotlessly clean throughout. One of the best hotels I've had for quite some time. Location perfect for all our needs... right next to the lovely Valley Gardens and Victorian Turkish Baths

Unfortunately the lift was broken and my companion has mobility issues. I particularly disappointed that at check in we were not informed (we were in the 2nd floor with suitcases. We observed dozens of other 'retirement age' people also expecting to use the lift after they'd checked in (so not just us). I think an offer of help from the staff team would have gone down well. I had to help a chap with a walking stick with his bags!

The hotel is in the perfect location. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very clean and well maintained

The buffet breakfast was cold

Size and location of room was fantastic. The ability to have breakfast in our room rather than in the restaurant was greatly appreciated. Location of hotel is perfect; literally minutes away from the town centre by foot. Would book again

Bed in room 1 was extremely uncomfortable - 2 twin beds pushed together and mattress was very hard. Room was very warm due to the recent heatwave and, although there was a fan, it didn’t work very well. Shower door is also broken causing water to flood the bathroom floor. Reception isn’t manned at all times; would be helpful if bar staff could carry out check ins

My room was Above the kitchen extractor fan , which was incredibly noisy. It didn't turn off until nine thirty at night and started at five thirty in the morning. Sounded like a very loud motorbike outside my window. Affected my sleep.\nAnd enjoyment of otherwise good stay.

Everything was top notch

Super zentral gelegenes Hotel in Harrogate. Der schöne Park und die Geschäfte alle fußläufig zu erreichen. Gegenüber befindet sich das Theater. Das Zimmer und Bad waren sauber. Geparkt haben wir auf dem dazugehörigen Parkplatz. Der Pub im Haus ist sehr schön. Gegessen haben wir allerdings woanders. Frühstück haben wir ausfallen lassen.

Das Hotel ist ein kleines Labyrinth. Ohne Klimaanlage könnte es im Sommer sehr heiß werden. Der Aufzug war defekt. Der Check-in war etwas unfreundlich.

Was clean and the room looked freshly refurbed, great views and decent sized TV & shower. Lift wasn’t working when I was there but a new one was being installed. Great bar & food menu on ground floor.
