We stayed here New Years eve 2025-26. Whatever reviews you're seeing below, please be aware that this hotel building has changed hand several times. There is still some old Quality inn signage and that hasn't totally been changed over yet. I can say from our experience the property is completely renovated. We had a standard room (as far as I can tell) on the 8th floor, and it was modern, newly updated, and spotless. Room was quite spacious, with couch and ottoman. Staff was pleasant. The lobby is modern and feels open and light. There is a breakfast the kind that you would expect from hotel chains of this ilk - hot food, waffle maker, yoghurt, etc. There is honestly nothing to fault in our stay - clean, comfortable, updated, and right at the falls. Parking is easy and plentiful. If you're worried that this was a dump, well, if it ever was, it no longer is. It's quite nice. It's really a good example of what the hotel class is trying to be. I say go for it.
