The staff was helpful and friendly! The beds and pillows were very comfortable! Most of the room looked clean and was comfortable.

One of the nightstands showed signs that it had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was some noises from the hallway.

Loved the room and how much space it had

Dirty room, had to ask someone to come clean food off the floor and bathroom counter. No Kleenex. Couldn’t sit on the balcony because the chairs didn’t have the cushions on them. Couldn’t find an ice maker to fill my ice bucket. No signs or maps showed where it was. The front fest was usually abandoned. Only saw 1 person working there the 3 days I was there. Hallway was loud! A constant beep/squeek in the hall. Door had a huge gap on the bottom. Light and sounds came in all night. 8am the cleaning crew was slamming doors and woke me up frustrated.
