Location, breakfast was good and room service was very good

The tap was loose in the bathroom very small basin not like picture the bed had 3 mattress toppers on it, which made it uncomfortable, bed side light did not work, heating/ aircon did not work

Support I got from Charlotte and her manager, as I got ill there and ambulance was called out to check me out and the manager stayed with me in my room until the ambulance arrived after 2.5 hours.

All was good.
