Location, breakfast was good and room service was very good

The tap was loose in the bathroom very small basin not like picture the bed had 3 mattress toppers on it, which made it uncomfortable, bed side light did not work, heating/ aircon did not work

Support I got from Charlotte and her manager, as I got ill there and ambulance was called out to check me out and the manager stayed with me in my room until the ambulance arrived after 2.5 hours.

All was good.

"It was suppose to be a treat but didn't turn out that way"

Staff were very friendly.enjoyed the swimming pool

Our first room had a stain on the carpet .so they moved us had to wait an hour.was given complementary breakfast which we couldn't use as we became sick and didn't leave our room.so we lost out .also I couldn't enjoy a shower as the bath was to slippery as things in the bath didn't stop you from slipping which I did and hurt myself.

"Great location & surroundings."

Location is great. Breakfast was lovely. Nice pub across road that did meals & reasonably priced drinks.

Check in wasn't great & when we finally got a room it wasn't clean & bed wasn't made. The jacuzzi wasn't working.

"Great facilities. Some great staff. Some not so great staff."

Facilities of the hotel are beyond many others. Young male bar staff member was very helpful and super polite, especially compared to his collegues. The food was very nice.

Sadly, British customer service usually has a lot to be desired. A few staff members did suffer from this lack of ability.
