"Overall are stay was very good."

The choice at breakfast every day was very good and the staff were excellent. The room we had was a family room and not the deluxe double room we booked in march although we were told it was an upgrade. The location was perfect.

The family room we were put in was so far away from everything in the rest of the hotel but l’m not sure if the room we booked would have been any closer.

Close to York centre, excellent facilities, lovely food, friendly helpful staff, clean, fabulous gardens with view of the race course - had family room, mum & 3 daughters 🥰

Bathroom shower area had areas of paint chipping flaky paint on woodwork
